Submission Preparation Checklist

As part of the submission process, authors are required to check off their submission's compliance with all of the following items, and submissions may be returned to authors that do not adhere to these guidelines.

• • The research should be new and not previously published in any of the means of publication.
• • That the research represents a clear scientific addition, whether theoretical or applied.
• • The researcher should follow the mechanisms of scientific research and its considered methods.
• • The researcher should submit his CV.
• • The researcher submits an electronic copy of the research in (Word) format to be sent via the journal's e-mail: info@tehama-journal.com. The title of the research and the name of the researcher/researchers are written on it, with an explanation of the scientific rank and current job, phone and e-mail, in both Arabic and English.
• • The researcher provides an abstract in both Arabic and English within (200) words that includes (the research topic, its objectives, its methodology, the most prominent results and recommendations, and keywords that do not exceed five words).
• It is necessary to take into account the reference to the order of references according to the priority of their arrival in the research, and to write the sources and references in Arabic, and in a foreign language, if any.
• • The title of the research is written with the researcher’s data in (SKR HEAD1) font, and (Lotus Linotype) font is used for writing in Arabic, size (14) for the body, and size (10) for footnotes, and (Times New Roman) font for writing in English (12) with writing The headings are in bold, and the font in the tables, if any, is of a size (10), and the spacing between the lines is single.
• • The footnotes at the bottom of each page are written in continuous numbering.
• Page layout: Paper: (width: 17 cm), (height: 25 cm), margins: 2 cm on all sides except the right margin 2.5 cm), gutter: zero.
• • The language of publication in the magazine is Arabic or English, and the size of the research should not exceed thirty pages. Anything above that is an additional fee of (500) Yemeni riyals per page.
• • Research submitted for publication is subject to confidential arbitration, and in the event that two arbitrators agree to accept publication, the research is accepted for publication after making the required modifications.
• The researcher is responsible for the validity and accuracy of the data, results and conclusions contained in the research.
• Tehama magazine can be obtained from the exchange department at the University of Hodeidah library for a fee
  (1000 riyals) for one copy, or download the formatted magazine template from the magazine’s website.
• • The researcher gets two hard copies of the issue in which his research was published with an electronic extract.
• • Arbitration and publication fees: (20000) Yemeni riyals for Yemeni researchers, and (150$) for researchers from outside Yemen, or its equivalent in Yemeni riyals.
• • Annual subscription:
   Inside Yemen: for individuals (1000 riyals), for institutions (2000 riyals).
   In the Arab world: ($15).
   In other countries: ($20). The subscription allowance includes postage.
