The study population consisted of 240 staff of the Al-Amal Aarabi Hospital (AAH). The descriptive analytical approach was used to achieve the objectives of the study. A questionnaire for data collection was used as well. The sample size was 148. A number of statistical methods were used to achieve the objectives of the study. The findings revealed a significant positive moral impact of HRMS in its two dimensions, (i.e. appointment strategy and governance strategy), on job performance through job satisfaction as mediator variable. The findings also showed insignificant positive moral impact of HRMS in its two dimensions, (i.e. training strategy and motivation strategy), on job performance through job satisfaction as mediator variable.
The researchers recommended that greater attention be given to HRMS due to its positive impact on job satisfaction and job performance.
