Abstract

This research aims to find out the impact of context in the communicative arguments between personalities in the news contained in the book (Nishwar ALmuhadarat Wa'akhbar ALmudhakara) of the Tanukhi judge. Because context has been a key component of these communicative denominations; Its value must be reflected in the news text, and its impact on recipients must be known; This is done through the following contextual elements (speaker, addressee, relationship, denominator, place, time). To achieve the objective of the research; The researcher relied on the analytical descriptive approach, relying on the pilgrims' starting points, mechanisms and language procedures.

The research came to several results, most notably: That the context with its common elements that surround the speech or text, affect the understanding of the speech, and know the intentions of the speaker. The discourse is difficult to understand without context, and even misunderstood if it is fragmented from context; In context, there are different connotations that clarify meaning, intent and reasons for discourse. The research showed that the impact of context in arguments in determining the strength of an argument, and its persuasion and impact, has varied from example to example depending on the different contextual elements. This effect was evident either in the personality of the speaker, or in the personality of the recipient, or both.
