The aim of this study was to identify the level of administrative empowerment and it's relationship with the career satisfaction of Hodeida University in the presence of some demographic variables like ( Type, Social Status, Scientific , Qualifications, Years of Experience and Years in the Current Job.) so as to achieve the Objectives of the Study. The researcher has prepared and developed a Questionnaire which included 35 items and was final. The study field was applied on 40 participants who were selected randomly out of 90 pilots. The questionnaire got a high belief and stability where the stability coefficient reached ( 0.89 ) by using Alpha Cronbach Laboratories. There was a statistical significant indecisive relationship between the reality of administrative empowerment at the Hodeida University and the career satisfaction. In addition to that, one of the recommendations the researcher came to was that the University should work and strongly find a stable environment to help its employees to apply the concept of enabling them by deepening the concept of employees' participation in taking decisions, authorization of power, self - effectiveness and performance training process for it's major roles in its success in order to implement its strategy.
